Script: RemoveHBA.sh is ESX3.5 u4 ready

Bouke released a new version of his RemoveHBA.sh script. The new version is also compatible with ESX 3.5 update 4:

This new removehba script removes the HBA drivers from the ESX 3.x ISO. Added support for 3.5 U1, U2, U3 & U4. VMware changed some files where the drivers were in and the script is taking care of that now also.
