Voor het bedrijf waar ik werk maken we gebruik van een default wallpaper op elke werkplek. Nu zijn we bezig met een migratie van Windows 2000 + Citrix Metaframe XP naar Windows Server 2003 + Citrix Metaframe Presentation Server 4. In de nieuwe omgeving werkt de wallpaper niet meer.

De oplossing:

Je moet een policy aanpassen op computer configuration niveau. Computer Configuration – Administrative Templates – Windows Components – Terminal Services – Enforce Removal of Remote Desktop Wallpaper Deze policy moet op Disabled staan. Zodra je opnieuw inlogt op de server zie je de default wallpaper weer.
